  I am a 2x Olympian and World champion. If I could give a zero or negative numbers for this hair shop I would do so in an instant. I would encourage that NO ONE waste their time seeking service at this shop. Furthermore, I would vigorously direct any minorities to never consider this establishment.
  
  The disappointing and demoralizing experience began with a receptionist who told me upon arrival that a barber would be with me in 15 to 20 minutes. She then walked to the back of the establishment and spoke with whom I assume was the barber. She then came back out and reiterated her message.
  
  We sat for 25-30 minutes before a another family entered. After the experience it was hard not to consider that this family would not have been described as a minority.
  
  Five minutes later a barber came from the back end of the establishment. He proceed to the front and immediately called the other child to the chair. When I objected to the action and explained that my child was here first, the barber ignored me and the other parent questioned if we had an appointment. When I responded that the facility advertised walk in appointments and we had walked in 25-30 minutes earlier and had received no service, she then challenged if I had "signed in".
  
  Again, I expressed that we arrived earlier and no one directed or instructed us to "sign up". The barber stared blankly at us as he continued to mount the other child to the barber's chair.
  
  I withdrew my child from the negative exposure he was subject to and left the establishment.
  
  I again tried to contact the local establishment to which the receptionist placed me on hold for 20 minutes before I realized I was wasting my time and hung up.
  
  Furthermore, in attempting to contact the "franchise owner" in Westport, CT I was directed to leave a message on a personal cell phone which dictated commands so quickly that the message could not be understood, much less direct any competent action.
  
  I would strongly suggest that no one attend this establishment or this franchise. I will never allow my son to feel victimized in such a way that he feels inferior to any other child.
  
  Avoid this establishment and company at all costs.
